The item was obtained by my wife at the Russell Wilson Passing Academy in Richmond, VA in 2014 at the Tuckahoe Little League facility where he played baseball growing up. He included a bible verse inscription.

I guarantee it to pass any certification test. I have been collecting autographs for over 25 years and I'm parting ways with a few extra items. This comes from a smoke free home.
